1. Enrollment and Registration

1.1. To enroll in Sketchbook Studio, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if you are a minor.

1.2. You must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself.

1.3. Payment for courses and programs must be made in full at the time of registration.

2. Course Policies

2.1. All courses and programs at Sketchbook Studio are designed to provide a supportive and creative learning environment.

2.2. You are expected to attend classes regularly and actively participate in discussions and assignments.

2.3. If you need to miss a class or assignment, you must communicate with your instructor in advance and make arrangements to make up the work.

3.1. Respect for all members of the Sketchbook Studio community is paramount. Discrimination, harassment, and bullying will not be tolerated.

3.2. Behaving in a disruptive or disrespectful manner in class or on the premises may result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the art school.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All content and materials provided by Sketchbook Studio are protected by copyright law.

4.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials from our courses without prior written permission.

4.3. Any work created by you during your time at Sketchbook Studio remains your intellectual property, but we reserve the right to display and promote your work for marketing purposes.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1. Sketchbook Studio is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information.

5.2. We will not share or sell your information to third parties without your consent.

5.3. By enrolling in our art school, you agree to receive communications from us about our courses, programs, and events.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1. If you need to cancel your enrollment in a course or program, you must notify us in writing at least 14 days before the start date to receive a full refund.

6.2. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date.

6.3. In the event that Sketchbook Studio cancels a course or program, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

7. Liability Disclaimer

7.1. Sketchbook Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property while on our premises.

7.2. We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during classes or events at our art school.

7.3. By enrolling in our courses and programs, you agree to release Sketchbook Studio from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1. Sketchbook Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
