Disclaimer

As the owner and operator of Sketchbook Studio, I want to provide a disclaimer to all current and prospective students regarding our art school. This disclaimer is intended to outline our policies, procedures, and expectations to ensure a positive and productive learning environment for all individuals involved.

First and foremost, Sketchbook Studio is committed to providing high-quality art education in a safe and supportive setting. We strive to foster creativity, inspiration, and growth in each student, regardless of their skill level or background. Our instructors are experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping students achieve their artistic goals through personalized instruction and guidance.

It is important to note that Sketchbook Studio does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our courses. While we provide the tools, resources, and expertise to help students improve their artistic abilities, individual progress may vary. We encourage all students to approach their art education with an open mind, dedication, and willingness to learn from both successes and challenges.

As a student at Sketchbook Studio, you are expected to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner at all times. This includes communicating with instructors and fellow students in a courteous and constructive manner, following all class rules and guidelines, and maintaining a positive attitude towards learning and growth. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program.

It is important to understand that art education is a subjective and personal experience. While our instructors may provide feedback and critique on your work, it is ultimately up to you to interpret and apply this feedback in your artistic practice. We encourage all students to take ownership of their artistic journey and to seek out opportunities for self-improvement and growth both inside and outside of the classroom.

Sketchbook Studio is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property that may occur on our premises. Students are encouraged to keep track of their belongings and to report any incidents of theft or damage to our staff immediately. Please also be mindful of the materials and equipment provided by Sketchbook Studio, as any intentional damage or misuse may result in additional fees or disciplinary action.

In the event of a class cancellation or schedule change, Sketchbook Studio will make every effort to notify students in advance and to provide alternative options whenever possible. However, we cannot be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may impact our ability to deliver scheduled classes or events. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in these situations.

Please be aware that Sketchbook Studio may use photographs, videos, or other media of students and their artwork for promotional and marketing purposes. By enrolling in our programs, you consent to the use of your likeness and work in such materials. If you have any concerns or objections regarding the use of your image or artwork, please notify us in writing prior to the start of the program.

Finally, it is important to note that Sketchbook Studio reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of all students to review and understand the contents of this disclaimer before enrolling in any of our programs.

Thank you for taking the time to read and acknowledge this disclaimer. We are excited to welcome you to Sketchbook Studio and look forward to supporting you on your artistic journey. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our policies or procedures, please do not hesitate to contact us.
